Cutest Pet Contest

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older as of the Contest start date.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Submission Period eligible participants are invited to enter their pet in the Contest by visiting the Sponsor’s website at www.parade.pet where they will be directed to the Contest entry page. Participants must create an account by providing their name and email address or by signing up using Facebook. During the Submission Period, a participant can upload an original photo of their pet (the “Submission”). They must choose which Contest category their submission should be entered in (Dog, Cat or Critter category) and also give their Pet a name.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Each Submission should represent a pet that is a dog, a cat or another animal, and is submitted in the proper Contest category. Acceptable image types are jpg and jpeg. A Submission will be considered ineligible if, at the sole discretion of the sponsor, they do not clearly follow the applicable Contest Submission Guidelines as outlined in these Official Rules or if they contain language or images that are in any way threatening, abusive, offensive, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, in breach of confidence, embarrassing to any person or likely to deceive any person, hateful, blasphemous, pornographic, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or otherwise contrary to any law or appear contrary to the spirit of the Contest.

HOW TO VOTE & EARN POINTS

Participants must first download the Pet Parade App (the “App”) to participate in any of the monthly Voting Periods. The App may be downloaded for free and is available on iTunes and Google Play at the start of the Voting Period. If the Participant has already created an account by uploading a Submission, they must log in using the same email address and password or social media account with which they initially registered. If the Participant is new to the Contest, they must create an account by providing their name and email address or by signing up using Facebook, Twitter or Google.

TIMING

The Contest Period consists of a Submission Period (the "Submission Period"), Voting Periods (the "Voting Period") and a Judging Period (the "Judging Period") as set forth in the chart below. All times are in Eastern Time.
